Portland Samba is a professional performance ensemble. Our shows feature energizing rhythm, costumed dancers, and dynamic visuals. We offer a variety of performance levels to suit your event and the demands of your venue.

Samba class every Saturday from
11 AM to 12:30 PM at the Community Music Center in SE Portland.
Come early for Samba Drumming 101 at 10:30 AM.
$15 for drop-in | $50 if paying a package of four classes.

Want to dance with Portland Samba? Dive into the vibrant world of Brazilian Samba no Pé, a high-energy, exhilarating dance that brings the heart of Rio right to you! This class focuses on the iconic fast footwork and rhythmic flow of samba, celebrating Brazilian culture through movement. Whether you’re a beginner or have some samba experience, this class will guide you through the basics of samba footwork, body movement, and coordination to help you dance with confidence and joy.
